SEASON 2025/2026: OPPOSITES: ATTRACTED.

Bright yellow shines against blue.
Wood meets metal.
Luke Skywalker needs Darth Vader.

We believe that gatherings of opposites don’t clash — they move the world when they work together.

This season, we invite you to embrace the contrasts around us.

Imagine: opposites, attracted

ROSE GERANIUM

You will be surprised, but we, like your beloved grandmothers, also look after our indrishe in pots.

Imagine: A regulator in folk costume.

new CHESTNUT

Three types of chestnuts — puree, boiled French chestnuts and freeze-dried Bulgarian chestnuts with Opalis white chocolate.

Imagine:
A flower that speaks, greets, and says only the good things it sees.

HALVAH AND HONEY

Ground halva, sesame tahini, sunflower tahini, roasted sesame and chocolate with honey. The last one — the door, please.

Imagine:
Meeting an idol who doesn't disappoint.

CRUNCHY SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Milk chocolate and sunflower seed paste, as well as roasted caramelized seeds.

Imagine:
A plastic bag with no other plastic bags inside.

STRAWBERRY AND BASIL (100% vegan)

Chocolate with freeze-dried strawberries and basil oil with our own basil.

Imagine:
A children's climbing frame without an end.

PEANUTS

Fine tahini with finely crushed nuts in milk chocolate.

Imagine:
Car headlights that dim during the day so they don't shine too much.

HAZELNUT

Caramelized white chocolate and gianduja. Simple things, but oh well.

Imagine:
A swimming pool full of time.

new ROSE AND LIME

There's also a drop of lime among the roses so that the freshness of the roses can stand out against the white chocolate

Imagine:
A neon sign in a foggy alley that helps you find your way.

SMOKED ALMOND

Milk chocolate and very crispy gianduja. Now ask if it's very gianduja or very crispy?
Yes.

Imagine:
A bridge made of heat.

PASSION FRUIT (100% vegan)

Strong, strong, strong and sour tropical fruit.

Imagine:
A cloud in a room.

LEMON THYME

Milk chocolate with an infusion of, you guessed it, lemon thyme.

Imagine:
A tree on which little dreams grow.

CASHEW

We grind our own nuts, and then mix them ourselves - in this case with white chocolate.

Imagine:
A little, with a lot hidden within.

COFFEE

We make our own coffee paste, which is kind of like coffee tahini — we don't add espresso, we drink that every day when we come to work.

Imagine:
Soaking in a hot tub in the middle of a cold ocean.

new SUDACHI - Japaness Citrus (100% vegan)

Dark chocolate (70%) and sudachi puree: the Japanese version of lime — deeper and more aromatic. And less. You have Google, look it up.

Imagine:
Greenery planted between street paving stones.

YEAST MILK, HONEY AND NUTS

White chocolate with our own freeze-dried sheep's milk.

Imagine:
A ray of sunshine in a drawer.

BAKLAVA

White chocolate with home-baked crusts and pistachios. There's no baklava like it at the Women's Market, but go anyway — it's nice there, they have great falafel.

Imagine:
The cutest baby puppy the size of a skyscraper.

PECAN

Caramel chocolate drizzle made from this baked (guess-by-who) pecan paste.

Imagine:
A huge luxury steamship sailing across a cracked field in the plain.

new MACADAMIA AND TONKA BEAN MARZIPAN (100% vegan)

The name itself says it all.

Imagine:
Wrapping paper that is a gift.

POPCORN (100% vegan)

A combination of popcorn — crushed and ground and corn pralines that we make ourselves. And milk chocolate. And dark chocolate. It's not an easy chocolatier's job these days.

Imagine:A train with wings (no, not a plane — a train).

PEACH AND LAVENDER

Peach jam with a little lime for flavor and lavender paste with white chocolate.

Imagine:
An island with a tablecloth and two glasses of white wine on top.

BANANA

And caramelized white chocolate, and caramelized milk chocolate. And bananas. And bananas. The repetition is intentional. And bananas.

Imagine:
Innocent laughter in a large, serious hall.

COCONUT AND PINEAPPLE (100% vegan)

Pineapple jelly and caramelized coconut gianduja. With both milk and dark chocolate. We told you about opposites attracting, right?

Imagine:
A patch of shade in the most scorching sun.

new HOPS AND PRETZEL

Jelly made from hops that haven't matured enough to become beer, with gianduja, in which we've crushed pretzels. Otherwise, with milk chocolate.

Imagine:
A fire truck on fire.
