They may seem modest at first glance — but inside these small dragees lies a secret of the season.

At their heart is a rosehip ganache: the fruit of the wild rose, gathered after the bloom has faded. Rosehips carry a flavour both bright and nostalgic — tangy like red berries, yet softened with gentle floral notes. It is the taste of hedgerows touched by frost, of autumn slowly giving way to winter.

Wrapped in smooth chocolate, this sharp-sweet essence becomes something new: a balance of brightness and cream, a spark of warmth within the cold.
